Neall French is a serial entrepreneur and investor with a track record of success and excellence in the healthcare industry. French and his business partners have specialized in resolving complex healthcare-related matters that result in more positive patient outcomes. Their success has produced hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue for their portfolio of companies.

Over the past decade, their businesses have been at the forefront of major market developments. They transitioned from owning and operating a national pharmacy into owning and managing commercial and physician-owned clinical laboratories. These labs adopted Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Molecular testing in 2017, empowering the 2020 growth of MedArbor Diagnostics, one of the earliest validated Covid 19 labs in the country. During this time, their ability to scale and service on demand allowed them to process up to 20,000 samples a day, maintaining a 48-hour turn-around time to provide testing for long term care facilities, hospitals, the NCAA and professional sports teams across the country.

Neall and his team participated in the ownership group who purchased Cordant Health Solutions, once again expanding their portfolio of clinical laboratories. Cordant, now rebranded Navis Clinical Laboratories, is one of the premier behavioral health lab testing platforms in the industry, with locations in Washington, New York, and Massachusetts. Diversification into the mobile wound care space naturally evolved post their massive success in pharmacy and diagnostics. French and Team now own and operate Encore Wound Care, a multi-state clinical practice that is the largest mobile wound clinic in Ohio, and one of the fastest growing in the country, treating over 6,000 wounds a week. A further venture, Encore Surgical Supplies, provides wound and surgical supplies to patients for their post operative care. Encore Surgical is supported by Novo Health Care Services’ clinical software engine. Novo is a health care focused software company established in 2015 and the “go to” software developer for pharmacy and lab services. Novo employs over a dozen full time computer programmers and software engineers and is a member of the portfolio of companies owned by French and his partners.

Neall enjoys entrepreneurship and mentoring other young, ambitious individuals. He is co-inventor of a U.S. patent related to cognitive function and evaluation. His absolute passion is his 4 children, with whom he resides in Brecksville, Ohio. He enjoys coaching their sports, traveling, and experiencing life with them. French, graduated from Saint Ignatius High School in 2002, University of Cincinnati in 2007, and played professional baseball in the New York Yankees Organization.
