Overview
Neall French
Neall and his partners have generated hundreds of millions in revenue across their portfolio, including Encore Wound Care which recently ranked #32 on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies.
His strategic vision and operational excellence continue to attract forward-thinking investors and partners across the healthcare landscape.
Professional History
Over the past decade, Neall and his partners have built and led businesses at the forefront of healthcare innovation. They began by owning and operating a national pharmacy, then strategically expanded into the clinical laboratory space—first through commercial and physician-owned labs.
In 2017, these labs adopted advanced Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) molecular testing, laying the foundation for the explosive growth of MedArbor Diagnostics. By 2020, MedArbor had become one of the first validated COVID-19 labs in the U.S., capable of processing up to 20,000 samples per day with a 48-hour turnaround time. This capability positioned the company to serve long-term care facilities, hospitals, the NCAA, and professional sports teams across the nation during a critical time.
Building on this momentum, Neall and his team joined the ownership group that acquired Cordant Health Solutions—now Navis Clinical Laboratories. Navis is recognized as a premier behavioral health lab platform, with operations in Washington, New York, and Massachusetts. Their success in pharmacy and diagnostics naturally evolved into new verticals, including mobile wound care.
Today, Neall and his partners operate Encore Wound Care, a multi-state clinical practice that stands as the largest mobile wound clinic in Ohio and one of the fastest-growing in the U.S., treating over 6,000 wounds each week. Complementing this is Encore Surgical Supplies, which provides patients with essential wound and surgical supplies for post-operative care.
Supporting these operations is Novo Health Care Services, a healthcare-focused software company founded in 2015. Novo powers much of the group’s infrastructure with custom-built solutions for pharmacy and lab services. With a team of over a dozen full-time software engineers and developers, Novo plays a critical role across the portfolio and is a core pillar of the group’s technology strategy.
Most recently, Encore Wound Care earned national recognition by ranking #32 on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. This milestone highlights both the extraordinary growth of the organization and Neall’s ability to transform a vision into a category-leading healthcare provider. The recognition reflects not only financial performance, but also the company’s impact on patients, providers, and healthcare partners across multiple states.
